When to choose a colour service
Hair colouring can refresh a tone, deepen your natural base, address visible roots or take your colour in a new direction. An all-over colour creates a different effect from lighter highlights: one gives a more uniform finish, while the other introduces variations in lightness. If your main aim is to go lighter, this may call for a separate service and a longer plan. Before your visit, establish whether you want a deeper brown, a more neutral tone or a light blonde.
The choice of colour also depends on the upkeep you are happy with. A strong contrast between your natural roots and your chosen shade will become noticeable sooner than a softer blend. Say how often you can realistically visit the salon.
Why your hair's history matters
Mention home colouring, lightening, henna, plant-based colour products and smoothing treatments. Even when a colour applied months ago is no longer obvious, it may still be present in the lengths. Different sections can respond differently to a new service. If there is uncertainty, a strand test may be suggested to assess how the colour changes and how the hair behaves.
A strand test does not replace an allergy alert test. The requirements for an allergy alert test depend on the product being used and its manufacturer's instructions. Contact the salon well in advance; having coloured your hair before without a reaction does not rule out a reaction at your next appointment.
The stages of a colour appointment
The appointment involves agreeing the aim, assessing the roots and lengths, and choosing the application method and processing time in line with the product instructions. Colouring natural hair for the first time calls for a different plan from evening out previously coloured sections. Once processing is complete, the colour is rinsed out, suitable conditioning is applied and the hair is finished. The shade can be assessed clearly in the light once the hair is dry.
The example all-over colour service allows approximately 120 minutes. This is a guide rather than a guaranteed duration for every appointment. Colour correction, lightening and additional highlights may require a separate service plan. Agree these details when booking by phone.
A realistic plan for changing colour
Hair colour will not produce the exact shade shown on a colour chart on every head of hair. The result depends on your natural base, previous pigments, porosity and the chosen method. Moving from a dark, repeatedly coloured shade to a light one may take several stages. Applying a lighter dye alone is not a universal way to remove old dark pigment.
Very fragile hair can limit how much change is appropriate. A gentler service, postponing lightening or first planning care and a haircut may be a more sensible approach. An inspiration photograph helps explain the goal; it cannot guarantee the same colour in a single appointment.
Looking after your colour at home
Discuss when and how to wash your hair after your particular service, and which care products suit it. Cleanse the scalp gently and apply conditioner through the lengths as needed. Avoid very hot water and repeatedly straightening the same sections. Heat protection is useful for drying and styling, but does not make unlimited heat safe for your hair.
Pigments gradually change in appearance through washing, sunlight and everyday wear. Choose home colour-depositing products after discussing them with the salon: an unsuitable tinted mask can alter the tone more than you intended. If the colour fades unevenly, show this at your next appointment instead of layering several different dyes yourself.
What to discuss before your visit
Colour should not be applied to an irritated or damaged scalp without first assessing the situation. Mention previous reactions to dyes and other cosmetics. If you experience worrying discomfort during application, say so immediately. A hairdresser cannot make medical decisions; a doctor's advice may be needed where there are contraindications or uncertainty.
The price from 200 zł is an example and must be confirmed. The final cost depends on the agreed service, which the demo price list cannot determine. Call 663 304 091, give your current hair length and briefly describe the change you have in mind. The salon is at ul. Szczecińska 3/4 in Goleniów.

Before your visit
Can hair dyed dark be lightened with a single hair dye?
This should not be assumed. Removing previous pigment and achieving a lighter colour are different tasks. The plan depends on your hair's history and may involve a colour correction over several stages.
Do I need an allergy alert test?
Before the service, ask about the test required by the manufacturer of the particular product and follow its instructions. A previous application without a reaction does not guarantee that the next use will be safe.
Is a colour photograph on my phone enough?
It helps describe the direction, but screens and lighting affect how a shade looks. Explain whether you like the lightness, warmth, coolness or placement of the highlights, then discuss it in relation to your own starting colour.
Does the colour service include a haircut?
Agree the scope and cost of combined services by phone. The example colour listing on the website does not automatically include every additional part of an appointment.
