Does the website booking form book me into the salon?
No. This is a demo that runs only in your browser. It does not send your details or hold an appointment. Please call to make a real booking.

Are the prices and opening hours on the website current?
They are examples — to be confirmed. Please call for current prices, opening hours and availability. The figures shown are for the website preview and booking demo.
How much time should I allow for an appointment?
It depends on your hair’s length and density and the treatment involved. Service pages give approximate timings from the example price list. Confirm the time needed for your own appointment when you book.
Should I wash my hair before a colour appointment?
Ask how to prepare your hair for the planned treatment before your visit. Avoid applying lots of dry shampoo, hairspray or oil just beforehand. Do not irritate your scalp with intensive exfoliation.
Why might I need an allergy test?
Hair dyes can cause allergic reactions. Follow the instructions for the specific product and arrange the test and its timing with the salon. Having had no previous reactions does not guarantee that a reaction will never occur.
Is a strand test the same as an allergy test?
No. A strand test helps assess how your hair responds and the colour result that may be possible. The test recommended by the dye manufacturer concerns the risk of a skin reaction. Neither replaces the other.
Can dark hair become light blonde in one appointment?
Not always. Previous colour, hair condition and your starting shade all matter. The change may need several stages or a gentler goal. A photo alone is not enough to promise a particular level of lightness.
How long does balayage take?
The example price list allows approximately 210 minutes. The actual time may differ, particularly with very thick hair, previous colour that needs correcting or more involved toning. Confirm the timing when you book.
What is the difference between balayage and ombré?
Balayage places lightness through selected strands, while ombré gives a more noticeable transition from darker roots to lighter ends. Sombré creates a softer blend. These approaches can be combined.
Will a toner lighten my roots?
Toning mainly adjusts or refreshes a shade. It does not replace lightening a dark base. The change possible depends on the specific product and your hair’s condition.
How often should I use purple shampoo?
There is no single schedule that suits every blonde. Follow the product’s instructions and keep an eye on your hair’s shade and condition. Using it too often can leave an unwanted cool cast. Ask about care suited to your colour.
Does root shadow solve regrowth?
It can soften the visible transition between your roots and lighter lengths. It does not stop hair growing or remove the need for care. How regrowth looks also depends on your natural colour and the contrast.
Does the salon cut children’s hair?
Children’s haircuts are available. When booking, mention your child’s age, the change you have in mind and any worries about a first visit. Please call to discuss the details and availability.
How should I prepare for bridal hair?
Bring inspiration photos, details of your dress, veil and accessories, and an outline of the day’s timings. Ask about a trial and how to prepare your hair. A trial and its terms need to be arranged separately.
Is keratin straightening the same as a conditioning treatment?
No. They have different aims and procedures. Smoothing can change how hair behaves and requires an assessment of its condition. Conditioning supports the hair’s appearance and makes detangling more comfortable, but cannot reverse every kind of damage.
What if my scalp is irritated?
Tell the salon before your service. Do not exfoliate intensively at home or hide symptoms. The treatment may need to be postponed, and persistent symptoms may need advice from an appropriate specialist.
Can I pay by card or BLIK?
Please ask about payment options by phone before your appointment. Mention if you would like to pay by card or BLIK so you can confirm the details before arriving.
Should I bring an inspiration photo?
A photo can help the conversation. Point out what you like: the lightness, warmth or coolness, strands around the face or the shape. Remember that lighting and styling affect how a shade looks.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Call the salon as early as possible. Ask about the arrangements for changing an appointment when you book. The demo form cannot cancel real bookings.
Can I visit from outside Goleniów?
Yes. The location may also suit a planned visit from Maszewo, Nowogard, Stepnica, Przybiernów, Osina or Szczecin-Dąbie. Confirm your appointment and check your route before travelling.
